Welcome to Salisbury Guest House in Keswick — a luxury bed and breakfast in the historic market town of Keswick close to both the Lake, the Town centre and the splendid Fitz Park. An ideal base for the many beautiful walks on the surrounding fells including Skiddaw, Walla Crag and Latrigg. Originally a Victorian town house the Salisbury has been completely refurbished and styled in 2008 to provide an ambience of Victorian grandeur combined with all the modern conveniences required by the more discerning guest. Careful interior design has ensured a contemporary look for the bedrooms, creating an individual look for each room, style and warmth characterise every aspect of the Salisbury from the co-ordinating fabrics and soft furnishings to the quality of the towels and furniture.

Breakfasts are a relaxed affair at the Salisbury served between 7.30- 9.00 and are cooked fresh to order.

Every room has been individually characterised and recently renovated to a high standard to include modern facilities and luxurious surroundings. Contemporary style is teamed with the original Victorian features to provide a unique and interesting guest experience. The Salisbury offers quality accommodation, the rooms being some of the best on offer within Keswick. Each room has co-ordinating linens and drapes, along with LCD TVs with DVDs, tea and coffee facilities, hairdryers, radio alarms and Wi-Fi access. The en suites in all of the rooms are light and airy and fitted with quality showers and up to date fittings.

We offer a spacious family suite, a large room with double bed and bunk beds, this room also benefits from a spacious ensuite and superb fell views. Our double room is a lovely bright room, a firm favourite with couples. The luxurious twin/small family room incorporates a double and single bed and benefits from a large ensuite. All of our rooms offer a high level of comfort and luxury to ensure your stay with us is a relaxing one. We look forward to welcoming you to one of the newest guest houses in Keswick.

All of our prices are based upon two adults sharing; therefore sole occupancy of rooms incurs a supplement. 
Min 2 night stay at weekends. Children £15.00 pp per night (up to 14 years). 
Stays of 5 nights or more attract a 5% discount.
50% deposit required on booking and balance required on arrival.
Cancellation policy 2 weeks’ notice.
